After your site is live

A website sitting still loses to one being worked on.

These plans are optional. Your site is yours and keeps working whether or not you take one. What a plan buys is someone doing the ongoing work that decides whether people find you — and that work is listed here in full, so you can see exactly what you'd be paying for.

Starter

$149 / month

For the business that wants the site handled and left alone.

  • Hosting, backups, security. Your site stays up and stays yours. Backed up so a bad update can be undone.
  • Uptime monitoring. If your site goes down, I find out before your customers do.
  • Local search upkeep. Your name, address, hours and phone kept correct and identical everywhere they appear.
  • Minor content changes. New prices, new hours, a new photo — text me and it's done.
  • Google Business Profile upkeep. The panel that shows on the right of Google, kept current.
  • Visitor & call dashboard. How many people came, and how many tapped to call.

Grow

$349 / month

For the business that wants the phone ringing and the reviews stacking up.

Everything in Starter, plus

  • Online booking. Customers pick a slot themselves instead of playing phone tag.
  • Advanced local search work. The monthly work that decides whether you show up in the map results — detailed below.
  • Review replies, drafted for you. Every review gets a written response; you approve it with one tap.
  • Review requests, automatic. Finished jobs get a polite ask, so good customers actually leave reviews.
  • Appointment reminders. Fewer no-shows, fewer wasted trips.
  • Monthly report. One page, plain English: what came in, what changed, what I did.

Dominate

$697 / month

For the business that wants to be the obvious answer in its neighbourhood.

Everything in Grow, plus

  • AI chat on your site. Answers questions and takes details at 11pm, when you're asleep.
  • Chat straight to your calendar. The conversation ends in a booked slot, not a message you have to chase.
  • Built to be named by AI assistants. Set up so that when someone asks an AI for a business like yours nearby, yours is one it can actually name — detailed below.
  • A page per neighbourhood you serve. Someone searching your trade plus their neighbourhood finds a page about exactly that.
  • Competitor tracking. I watch what the other guys in your area are doing and tell you when it changes.
  • Priority queue. Your requests go to the front of the line.
Text about Dominate

An AI phone agent that answers calls you can't get to is available as an add-on. Pricing depends on your call volume — text and ask.

The part nobody explains

Three ways people find you now

Ten years ago there was one: you ranked on Google or you didn't. Now there are three, and they need different work. This is what the search line on the plans above actually means.

Search engines · SEO

Someone types it into Google

They search "plumber near me" and pick from what comes up — usually the map results, which take about 44% of the clicks.

  • Your business details identical everywhere online — Google reads mismatches as two different businesses
  • A real page for each service, not one page listing everything
  • Pages that load fast on a phone on a weak signal
  • Reviews arriving steadily rather than in one suspicious burst
  • Photos with proper descriptions attached

Direct answers · AEO

Someone gets one answer, not ten links

Google now answers a lot of questions at the top of the page, and phone assistants read one result aloud. Being tenth is the same as being invisible.

  • Your pages answer the actual questions people ask, in their words
  • Question-and-answer sections written to be quotable
  • Hidden labels on your page telling the machine what your hours, area and services are
  • Straight answers on pricing and timing, not "contact us for details"

AI assistants · GEO

Someone asks ChatGPT for a recommendation

People increasingly ask an assistant "who should I call for this in Astoria?" It names a handful of businesses. Being nameable is now its own job.

  • Clear, consistent facts an assistant can repeat without guessing
  • Being described the same way across your site, your profile and directories
  • Content that reads like an answer rather than an advert
  • Your service area and specialities stated in plain sentences, not left implied

Nobody — me included — can promise you a ranking or a number of calls. Google and the AI companies change how this works constantly. What I can promise is that the work above gets done every month and that you see exactly what was done.

Where the money goes

What actually happens each month

A monthly fee should buy visible work. Here's the routine on a Grow or Dominate plan.

Week 1 — Check and fix

Full sweep of the site: broken links, slow pages, forms that stopped sending, anything a browser update broke. Backups verified by actually restoring one.

Week 1 — Listings audit

Your name, address, phone and hours checked across Google, Apple Maps, Bing and the directories that matter. Any mismatch corrected.

Week 2 — Content work

A page improved or added: a service you want more of, a question customers keep asking, a job worth showing off.

Week 2 — Reviews

Requests go out on finished jobs. New reviews get a drafted reply for you to approve. Anything negative comes to you first, before it's answered.

Week 3 — Search & AI signals

The structured labels on your pages checked and extended, question-and-answer content updated, and the phrasing that makes you nameable by assistants reviewed.

Week 3 — Competitors (Dominate)

What the other businesses in your area changed — new pages, new offers, new review volume — and whether it's worth reacting to.

Week 4 — Report

One page: visitors, calls, form fills, what I changed, what I'm doing next month. Plain English, no dashboard homework.

Any time — Your requests

Price change, new hours, holiday closure, a photo from a job this morning. Text me; small changes are same-day.

Straight answers

Do I have to take a plan?

No. The build is a one-time payment and the site is yours either way. Plans exist because a site that's maintained gets found and a site that's abandoned slowly stops working.

Can I cancel?

Any time, before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future billing; it doesn't refund the month you're in. No notice period, no cancellation fee, no phone call you have to sit through.

If I cancel, do I lose my website?

No. The design and code are yours once the build is paid for. What stops is the hosting, the monitoring and the monthly work — you'd need to arrange hosting elsewhere, and I'll hand over what's needed to do that.

Can I start on a plan without a build?

Not currently. The plans are built around sites I've made, so I know exactly what's under the hood. If you've got a site from someone else, text me and I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth working on.

Can I move up or down a tier?

Yes, from the next billing month. Most people start on Starter and move to Grow once they see traffic worth chasing.

What happens if the work doesn't bring in more customers?

I can't guarantee results and I won't pretend otherwise — anyone promising you rankings or a number of leads is guessing. What you get is a monthly report showing exactly what was done, so you can judge whether it's worth continuing. If it isn't, cancel.

Who do I talk to?

Me. There's no support desk and no ticket number. You text the same number you always have.

Not sure which one?

Text me what you do and roughly how busy you are. I'll tell you which plan makes sense — including if the answer is none of them yet.
