Most web designers want a deposit before you've seen anything. This runs the other way round: you get a real working preview first, and money only comes into it once you've decided you want it changed or built.

A link to a working website built for your business — not a mockup, not a template with your name dropped in. You can open it on your phone, scroll it, tap the buttons, and show it to whoever you want.
I build it from what's already public about your business, plus what you told me. If I've got something wrong, that's normal at this stage.

Nothing owed, everWhen you want changes
The $200 deposit
Want it a different colour, a different layout, different photos, a different feel entirely? That's real design hours, so it takes a $200 deposit before I start.
It comes straight off your build price. If you go on to buy the site, you pay $800 instead of $1,000 — the deposit isn't an extra charge, it's the first part of the payment. The only person who pays $200 and nothing more is someone who takes the revised design and walks away.
You can also pay it up front, before the first preview, if you want the design pointed a specific direction from the start — a style you like, sites you want it to feel like, a brand look to match.

It goes live
Your domain, your hosting, your site. Tap-to-call and tap-to-text on every page, a quote form that goes straight to your phone, and the local search setup done from day one.
Two full redesigns are included after purchase, so if you want it reworked once it's live, that's covered.

Keeping it working
A live site drifts — hours change, listings go stale, competitors move. If you want that handled monthly there are three plans. If you don't, the site is still yours and still works.
Entirely optionalWhat about the Signature build?
The $3,500 tier — scroll-driven film, cinematic showcases, the kind of thing on the auto body and pest control demos — works slightly differently. Those take 10–14 days and enough custom work that I scope them in a short text conversation first, rather than building a speculative preview. A $1,000 deposit starts the work and comes off the $3,500, so it's $2,500 at launch. Text me and I'll tell you honestly whether your business needs that tier or whether the standard build does the job.
