Scroll

The difference

Most local sites still look like 2009.

Keep scrolling — that's the rebuild. Same business, same phone number. A customer only sees one of these and decides in three seconds.

Illustration only. "Tony's HVAC" is a fictional business used to compare a dated website with a rebuilt one. It is not a UI Designs Co client, and the name, phone number and email shown are not real.
Welcome to are website. Tony's HVAC has served the community since 1994. We do heating, cooling, boilers ETC. Please call for prices. We are open Mon-Fri.

What it costs to stay invisible

The work you never hear about

46%

of all Google searches are looking for something local. If you're not there, a competitor is.

78%

of customers hire the first business that responds.

$1,200

is what one missed call costs a home-service business. They don't leave voicemails.

27%

of calls to home-service businesses go unanswered (Invoca, 60M+ calls).

85%

of callers who reach voicemail never call back.

53%

of mobile visitors leave a page that takes more than 3 seconds to load.

Referrals still Google you. When a happy customer passes your name along and that person finds nothing, they hire whoever shows up instead. You never find out it happened.

The build

Two ways to get one.

Every build starts with a free preview — you see your site before you spend a dollar. Want it changed? A $200 deposit covers the revisions and comes off your build price.

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks first

Why is it only $1,000? What's the catch?

No catch. An agency's price covers an office, a salesperson, an account manager and their own advertising. I have none of that, so I don't charge for any of it. You're paying for design and build time and nothing else.

How long does it take?

Preview within 48 hours of your text. Live 5–7 days after you approve it. The Signature tier takes 10–14 days. Those are targets, not guarantees, and the clock pauses whenever I'm waiting on something from you.

What if I don't like it?

Then walk. The preview is free and there's no obligation attached to it. If you'd rather have it changed than walk, that's the $200 deposit — and after you buy the build, two full redesigns are included.

Do I need to write the words or take photos?

No. I write the site from what's public about your business plus what you tell me. If you have good photos of your work, they help a lot and I'll ask for them — but I can build without.

Who owns the website?

You do, once the build is paid for — the design and the code both. Before final payment it's mine, which is standard. Third-party pieces like fonts and libraries keep their own licences, which pass to you as they are.

I already have a website. Is it worth replacing?

Sometimes no. Run it through the free site check first — if it scores well, keep it and save your money, and I'll say so. What usually makes replacement worth it: it isn't built for phones, it takes more than three seconds to load, or the phone number isn't tappable.
